Every price above is labor and construction materials only. Finish materials — tile, vanity, toilet, fixtures, glass — are chosen and bought by you, so you control that budget completely. Most homeowners spend $3,000–$6,000. Your final number comes after an in-home visit: we measure, check the subfloor and plumbing, then lock it in writing. It doesn't move unless you change something.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most full bathrooms take 3–4 weeks, guest baths 10–14 days, and tub-to-shower conversions 7–9 days. Your exact finish date goes in your contract — and if we miss it, we pay you $250 a day.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No. Most of our clients give us a key or a door code and go to work. You'll get a photo update every evening, so you always know exactly what happened that day.
What's included in your price?
Labor, construction materials and permits. Finish materials — tile, vanity, toilet, fixtures, glass — are yours to choose and buy, so you control that budget. Most homeowners spend $3,000–$5,000.
What if you find something behind the wall?
It happens — rot, old plumbing, a missing subfloor. You'll hear from us in writing within 24 hours, with a price, before we touch anything. Nothing gets added to your bill without your signature first.
Do I need a permit?
Most bathroom remodels in New Jersey do, especially anything touching plumbing or electrical. We pull the permits and handle the inspections — it's included, not an extra line on your bill.
How do payments work?
50% when you accept the estimate — that reserves your slot and covers permits and materials we buy up front. 25% at rough construction and inspections. 25% at substantial completion.
Limited Project Availability
We only take on a limited number of remodeling projects each month.
